Timothy J. Maloney’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, business planning, business law, contracts and agreements, real estate and estate planning. Prior to starting his own firm Tim was Partner in the Business & Finance Department at Rosenn, Jenkins & Greenwald, LLP. Additionally, Tim utilizes the experience and expertise he developed in New York City and Washington, D.C., where he formed and worked with private investment companies focused on purchasing privately held stock in companies such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other companies prior to their initial public offerings. Tim has been named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and was named to the Northeast Pennsylvania Business Journal’s 20 under 40 list in 2015.

Tim has represented and advised businesses, limited liability companies, partnerships and corporate clients in all stages of development. He frequently works with entrepreneurs and start-up companies in the formation and expansion of their businesses. He also provides guidance to growth-stage companies in raising funds through private placements of debt and equity securities. Additionally, Tim assists individuals and companies in the development of exit strategies and dissolution. His expertise covers a broad array of corporate transactions and contract negotiations including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other general business and contract matters.
